1. Overview of Subscription Services

1.1 This application (“InchTime,” or “the App”) is developed and operated by Snowline LLC. We offer a variety of premium features or content that may evolve with app updates, business needs, or other factors. The specific subscription offerings and pricing are shown on the subscription page within the App.

1.2 Subscription prices, periods, and other terms may be adjusted as the App evolves. We will notify you through in-app notices, pop-ups, or other reasonable means to help you stay informed of changes.

2. Subscription Process and Auto-Renewal

2.1 The subscription and payment processes are facilitated via Apple’s In-App Purchase (IAP) mechanisms.

2.2 Once you select and confirm a subscription plan, payment is charged to the Apple ID account you use to log into the App Store.

2.3 If you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, Apple’s system will automatically renew your subscription, and your Apple ID account will be charged for the next period.

2.4 To cancel auto-renewal, you must do so in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

2.5 If you subscribe to a paid plan before a free trial ends, any unused portion of the free trial will be automatically forfeited.

3. Fees and Refund Policy

3.1 All subscription fees and applicable taxes are shown in the App.

3.2 Unless otherwise specified by law or by App Store policies, subscription fees are generally nonrefundable once charged. If you believe you qualify for a refund or require more information, please see the official Apple Support guidance.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful or improper purpose.

4.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We do not assume liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 You shall indemnify and hold Snowline harmless from any claims or losses arising out of your violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Snowline LLC or its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content, including but not limited to software, technologies, trademarks, and text.

5.2 You shall not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or otherwise infringe upon any intellectual property in the App unless you have obtained explicit written permission.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

6.1 We value your privacy. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6.2 By using or subscribing to the App, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to This Agreement

7.1 We may update or modify this Agreement as required by law or in response to business needs. We will provide notice via in-app messages or other reasonable means.

7.2 Continued use or renewal of the subscription after a revised Agreement takes effect indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination and Cancellation

8.1 We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to the App immediately if you materially breach this Agreement or engage in any unlawful activity using the App.

8.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings. Once canceled, you can continue to use premium features until the current billing period ends. No new charges will occur in the next billing cycle.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 The App is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 We do not accept liability for service disruptions due to force majeure, network issues, or device failures beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, or, where no such local provisions directly apply, by recognized international legal principles.

10.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.
